Managing people at scale gets messy quickly.

One creator is manageable. Hundreds blur together.

Pillar focused on the single content creator. But when every creator is a separate account, roster management, performance checks and link-in-bio updates multiply fast.

Creating a robust system, specifically for talent agencies.

To increase value across individual accounts, I expanded monetization systems and made high-performing link-in-bios faster and easier to create through parallel product initiatives.

We unlocked a new, reliable revenue stream for the company.

With this new workflow, Pillar onboarded 5 talent agencies managing hundreds of creators. Agency partnerships (B2B) are now the company's primary growth factor.

What I learned:
Scale exposes product weaknesses and forces you to focus on what actually matters.
